Australian tax implications

Hi I may have an opportunity to work in Abu Dhabi in the medical field, i would like some advice on whether an employer would request an australian tax file number or whether wages could be deposited into my partners indonesian BCA account, for obvious reasons.. i currently live in indonesia but I am a tax resident of Australia
