Hi all,

What do you think about the means of transportation in Lahore ?

Is the network of means of transportation well developed?
What modes of transport are available?

Do you use them?

How much is a fare?

Are they relatively safe?

What is the mean of transportation you use the most in Lahore?

if you are on short visit you must use Uber smartphone app. but if you are for quite some time i would prefer that you can buy a honda 125cc bike. it costs around 140,000 PKR.

cars are expensive here as it includes import duties for imported cars, and for locally manufactured it has a higher sales tax.

it is better to take a car on operating lease from silk bank as they have low emission cars with good fuel mileage, and they are insured as well.

the cards picked from the local dealers are dangerous as most of them do not have import duty paid upon them and also no insurance for any loss on the vehicles.
