Is the network of means of transportation well developed?
What modes of transport are available?

Traffic is heavy all the time in Stuttgart, especially on A8. The VVS is good - but they're striking this week! Other than that though, they're excellent. Usually on-time and trains are clean. U-Bahns seem almost brand-new.
