Hi anyone know what is happening with Adek i got my pass on the online application system but they are constantly asking security questions about my family and nationality to send me my visa documents and im worried ill get rejected i had to travel in december but i dont even have my emirates id yet ot anything HR is saying they dont know and ive put so much time and money into this, anyone know why this is happening ..

@Haadiya156 Please advise you are residing in UAE or abroad, if abroad you won`t be getting Emirates id
1- Companies first issue a job offer letter on their letter head just to inform the selected candidate that what they are offering and this is not recognized by the ministry of labor.
2- When the candidate accepts the company offer then the employment visa process would start. You have to sign and put your thumb impression on an official online EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
