I have an iPhone 4 which only takes micro sim cards.
Is it possible to buy an Egyptian micro sim card pay as you go in Cairo?

Yes u can buy it from any of our 3 network providers 
Plus it coasts from 10 EGP till u can imagine as it depends on the phone number
But the normal is within 10 till 50 EGP max

And, if you have an Etisalat SIM (regardless it's contract or pay as you go) they can either cut it to micro SIM for you (for free) or give you a pre-cut SIM for 50 pounds.
