Regarding final exit

My contract is going to expire on December 31, 2023. I asked my employer to give me my exit on January 1, 2024; they refused my request, and they told me to stay 3 months extra. I made a request in the Qiwa app for contract termination with the reason of resigning with a two-month notice period. After the notice period, will they ensure my final exit?
