yummmm !!! Good thought ! I’d kill for a good old fashioned New York deli !!!

what about a good Blarney Stone pub , where they used to sell yer lunch or dinner sitting at the bar watching the Knick game, a good Mac & cheese or meatloaf and mashed potato w/ the gravy drizzled across the top

Most of the ingredients are simple, and can be imported from the U.S. Plus, the design and other Moroccan touches can be handled by Moroccans in the US. 

many years ago a lady in Santo Domingo came up with a simple idea which really took off..

Hot dogs on a stick...no bun.

in a few weeks she was enjoying roaring success..  business was booming..

in a few months later, it was all over.  there were gazillions of people selling hot dogs on a stick...she went bust, and so did everyone else..

why did i post this, you ask?  just as a cautionary heads up for people who want to start businesses here. make sure it is something which is relatively difficult to copy, or before the month ends half the town will be trading on your idea..

Ach.....now you have me craving a good corn dog!!
