this is the story about somebody i know so well.

One ghanaian lady sued his brother to take her father's newest car her brother gave to the father and to avoid the payment her husband is supposed to pay to the brother cause her husband bought some motorbikes and laptops from her brother as an amount of 26,880 cedis.

The lady let the police officers arrest her brother and let her neighbors be the evidence that her brother is violent to her family. And set the evidence her husband gave him 5,000 cedis in 2002 for not paying the price her husband bought from her brother. And spoilt the relations between her cousins, ants, uncles and her brother.

Her father came to rescue his son and stop his daughter and son's fighting.

She let the police officer seize her father's car and give to her. Her father and brother had to be insulted by the court becaue there is no way. If they don't agree that her brother did the crime, the brother had to stay in the police cell until the court is finished.

So, the brother and father didn't have any power to protect themselves at the court. They had to agree to every "not fair" acuses to get out of the police cell. And Her husband took 5 motorbikes and his father's car.

It is my first time to see the police arrest somebody before the judge court.
It is my first time to see somebody seize her father's car and be happy because she get the car.

Ghana is very interesting country. hahaha.....

This happened in where? Tamale, Ghana
The father is a pastor and the daughter is a "so called" NGO worker as a teacher.
What a good teacher.

Be careful when you are in Ghana. somebody can do the same thing to you.
Even I am just a foreigner who saw that one yesterday. I couldn't get a sleep. Maybe somebody can arrest me for nothing and make problem~

Russel of Russians

No one can arrest you for doing nothing wrong.  There is more behind your story that you might not know.  The Ghanian people went to school and some went to university.  They can all think for themself and won't arrest someone because of a story.  They will investigate like in any other country.

I know that sister arrested her own brother because she wanted her father's properties and brother's money. While I help my friend, I called his father, family memebers and investigate everybody.

Not like your thinking, Ghanaians about the money problem, a few ghanaian can even their family members, like other countries also have a few criminals like that.

I just wanted to let everybody know that kind of person also exists in Ghana.

Tamale police officers could make fake aligations for their friends and could arrest innocent people.

That one, I hope that police headquarters in Ghana should go and inspect about that records and call his father again about that.
