travel outside Germany ( Outside Schengen area) with D work Visa

Hi Everyone,

I really need help urgently, if someone could provide me with any information my situation,which is :Im an Algerian citizen who applied to work visa permit for Germany ( the name of the company is stamped on the visa), I'v got my visa in April 2023 ( validity of my visa is from April to October) 2023 and I came in Germany and began to work for the company but unfortunately I was fired within after one month , and the company told me that I must leave Germany within 4 weeks , I tried to find another job within 4 weeks but I didn't found one , so I left Germany and came to Algeria but in the mean time I found a company who hired me with contact and in the same field like the old in job in the other company, so my question is :

Can I come back and travel to Germany ( from Algeria) and with my current valid visa ( expire in October 2023 ) and work with my new company without having any problem with border police when I'll arrive at the airport.

Please I need help if someone can provide me with any information or answer concerning my situation , thanks in advance

So, if I understand this correctly, you had a work visa that was tied to one employer and became invalid because that job was terminated. And now you are asking if you can use the invalid visa to work for another employer?

The answer is a clear NO to all aspects of it. How dumb do you think the authorities are???

@beppi Thank you very much beppi for your answer and very sorry for sending personally a same message for you , I just want explain that my new employer contacted the Ausländerbehörde where my new company is located and he got the answer that die Ausländerbehörde agreed to change my visa and put on it stamped my new employer, my question if I may is : my visa is still valid till October and actually I'm outside Germany pricisly in Algeria , is it possible to travel back in Germany with my valid visa without having problems with the border police ? I just want to know if I can or can't travel back with my current valid visa , if you can of course provide me information about that , and thank you in advance really very much for your answer

You do not have a valid visa.

As I (and your previous company) explained before, it automatically expired when your employment ended.

But if the new employer gives you a new visa, you can of course travel with that one.
