Formalities to bring your pet in Albania

I bought my dog from england via Europe and took ferry from Italy to Duress.  he had to show a european pet passport with up to date rabies blood test.  nothing else.  in fact at the border they did not even check his papers! no vet check etc. seems to me its not an issue bringing a pet in rather if you want to take it out or back to originating country.- in our case, in the uk where rabies is a serious issue and strictly controlled as per European standards.  not sure for rest of world. good luck. my vet was very helpful and info found on govt agency site.
