How long do formalities & paperwork usually take in Montenegro?
What are the relevant authorities to contact?
Which vaccines are compulsory? Do your pets have to go in quarantine at their arrival in Montenegro?
Which advice would you give to the ones who would like to move with a dog, a cat or any other pet?

The need a european microchip
A certificate to prove they passed the blood titer test
health certificate from country of departure no more than 10 days before travel
All health records up to date, for shots

You are welcome, its quite a lengthy proceedure to get the blood titer test. Takes minimum 3-4 months.
If anyone interested I can give more information but it involves sending blood serum to an approved testing facility in Europe or UK.
I brought my dogs in August last year.
