My partner of 10 years is still married to a Ugandan woman who now lives in USA. He has asked her for a divorce and she sent him a certificate, but it is backdated and we are not sure if it is genuine. We are currently in the UK and cannot go to Kampala House. We have tried phoning, emailing etc to check if the divorce is registered but would now like to find a Ugandan Lawyer to check, and if it is not genuine, to arrange the divorce.
Can anyone please recommend a good Kampala Lawyer for family law they have used please?
