hello I am Congolese and last Wednesday I received this from the office: granting of visa on production of additional documents

Has anyone ever had this decision and still got a positive response?

and it is who decides on the granting of visa in this case the office or the embassy?

This usually means all is okay subject to you providing all the requested documents which will be asked via the embassy
