It's been four years I haven't visited my home back in India because I took the responsibilities of money that was to be paid by my father since he got ill and had to travel to India for his treatments Since I lost my job I wasn't able to pay it . Now I have a job and my salary is being deducted for the same case . I am in a situation where I have to travel to India on urgent basis. I tried to get help and support from all the places I could but I wasn't able to get any solution. I just wanted to visit my mother and father as the are getting aged and wanted to make myself present in India as there is a lot of personal issues going on.I just want to do some basic arrangements and wanna be back . If at all there is any solution please do let me know.

@Bhavna I thankyou for your reply. Yes I have informed it to my employers too but they are saying that "the person who has put the case is the only one who can help me out".. All what I am looking forward is, if there is any legal way out of this problem? I wanted to take a visit to India just for 10 to 15 days. I wish If I could get a support. Anyways do keep me In your prayers. thank you once again.

Unfortunately, there is no way for you to travel unless or until the case & travel ban finishes or is lifted by the person who filed it.
