D8 Visa - Restaurant Industry

Hi guys,

With a friend of mine, we are currently thinking of creating a restaurant business in South Korea. To make it simple, we are planning on exporting somewhat of a French restaurant concept that's rarely known abroad (and yes, we are French). We have looked online for some insights regarding the investor visa, or D8 visa, but so far all the information we've gathered is meager.

We understand the financial commitment and we can support it but we would love to be able to talk to someone that's gone through the D8 application process. Did anyone went through it and can share his / her experience ?

For a little background, we both have a MsC and previous experiences working for European leaders of the restaurant and consulting industry (concept creation for tenders, project management, etc.).
