Changing agency name in wakala

My company has issued wakala to wrong agency how to cancel or delete it ? They said that we don't know to cancel or delete it kindly guide me that procedure so i can tell them

They can withdraw that wakala. You can not do anything yourself.

@XTang is it compulsory to withdraw the old wakala ? as new wakala is already issued.
