Hello,
i need to ask for a driving licence exchange and i'm wondering if i'm allowed to drive with the receipt they will give me, hey said that the process could take up to 3 months, i have a Non-EU driving licence (Morocco).
Can i still drive while waiting for my driving licence exchange ?

I am in the same situation.
We are not allowed to drive while waiting as far as I know
