Hi, my fiance is from Philippines but he is working in Singapore. I am a Norwegian citizen. Is anyone here has recently applied from Singapore? We comply all the requirements except that we have only been a couple for 5mos. I viisted him in Singapore for nearly 2 weeks. What is the chance of being approved and how long is processing? Your response is highly appreciated. Is apostille of documents really required. Thanks a lot.
