I have a cultural business question.
Do business in Quebec have an issue with receiving business mail, particlarly invoices, from an address in the US? The invoice would be fully in Franch and have a contact in Montreal to call with any questions. Really, I have been told by our Montreal staff that sending a client an invoice from the US is a no no and will not make our clients happy. This seems crazy and seems like a control issue the staff in Montreal has, but I'm trying to be open minded.

I am not sure that I understand perfectly your issue,but what I can say for sure is that there is no problem sending or receiving invoice by mail in Montreal, to or from any other city in the world.
