Buy a car in Roma and to take it in Morocco forever

Hi I am Claudia and I married Amine in Fes .We live in Roma and we want buy a car Fiat Panda in Roma and then we want to take this car in Fes(Marocco) ,and to give it to Amine's sister who lives in Fes.We dont Know the road bureaucrasy for the matriculation of Italian's car in Marocco. you Can help us ?Because we dont know the procedure about a italian car to stay in Marocco for ever. How many money we must pay for everythings?Thank .

@claudiagiampieri6 If the car is over 5 years old Morocco doesn’t allow it to stay within the country for more than 6 months per year, after those 6 months you’d have to take it out and cannot take it in after a period of 6 more months. Only if the car is less than 5 years old you would be able to officially register it as a Moroccan car.
