Dear friends, need help with ur replies!!
i am working in a construction company with 1 year contract. And its been 6 months now..
Now all of sudden my company modified my contract for 10 months and i got notificiation in my qiwa to either accept or reject the contract.
so in this case what are my option available?
How can i deal with the situation since I don't have knowledge about qiwa

You have a valid contract for 12 months, it's up to you if you want to accept the new contract or reject it.

@iyazullal If your probation period has expired, then your company cannot amend it without your consent. If they fire you for no reason, you are entitled to statutory protection for your reminder period salaries .
