Health insurances

Hi, my fiancée and me relocated to the netherlands and are wondering which healthinsurance most expats choose in the Netherlands. What are your recommendations? We are looking for a place that also covers dental care.

Here are a couple of links in English that may help you with obtaining Health Insurance in the Netherlands:

• Dutch Government website - a link that explains the basic requirements to have Health Insurance.
• Health Insurers website - a link to the Zorgverzekeringlin - has a helpful FAQ section and many links to help you choose what you want.

Most providers will include Dental treatment, but it may be an add-on to a standard policy, I suggest you ask when you enquire.  You should be aware there is a mandatory deductible set by the Dutch Government, it's currently set at  385 euro per person in 2022 and 2023.
