I attended an interview with a Oman company few weeks ago and it seems I cracked the interview. when ever i ask for the update with the HR, they tells it is underprocess, and im yet to receive the Offer letter?
Do they need to get the work permit before sending the offer letter? and how long does it take to get the work clearance?
@ameenudheenm I had an offer letter prior to Labour clearance. However labour clearance can take up to two years. I would keep looking for work until it comes through. HR are not very transparent with the timeline. I had to wait close to a year
