I can say the rental is started from MYR1.2k to MYR5k,depends on type of residential,location you are looking for. and also depends on full furnitures or partial furnitures.
wellif you are foreigner, will request to provide a set of passport photocopy to attach in tenancy agreement. If local, ID card photocopy will do.
