Hi All,
I know that, parents are not allowed to stay more than 90 days in germany. In case if parents are invited for medical support( delivery, pregnancy cases) under visit visa can they get extended after 90 days?
Does being an PR holder or German citizen has any impact over this?

Hi there. you should really get an answer about that from the Auslaenderbehoerde or Auslandamt.
And I don't know what a PR holder is but a German should have exceptions but again contact your local immigration office.

A visitor (on visitor visa) can only stay in the Schengen area for up to 90 days in any 180 days period. There are no exceptions.
If you want your parents to stay longer, you should get a dfferent visa for them - for example a family reunion visa (FRV).
