I will be looking for a small 1-bedroom apartment with some amenities (single occupancy) in Sousse in Feb/Mar '17. I expect to sign a one-year lease with the option to extend. What kind of property market am I likely to find when I arrive? I would appreciate any information you might be able to offer – no matter how small it might be! Thanks in advance…
