Rent a flat or a house in Krakow

I recently relocated from London and had not no problems whatsoever in renting an apartment in Krakow.
A very good place to start is Gumtree.pl,there are countless properties to rent.
Within these adverts are Real estate agencies listings also.Be careful to take a close look at monthly cost...some of them charge an extra service rent in addition to the property rent and most if not all charge extra for utility bills,gas,electric etc so stick to a maximum budget monthly if you can..You can reckon on around 200-250pln a month for gas,electric,water for an average sized apartment,around 40-45m2.
If going through Real Estate,you will only need ID,passport or ID Card.I was not asked if in employment or had credit check or anything!
