Plant Leader - Trinidad y Tobago

Responsabilities of the position:

• Plan and direct the production process, in accordance with the cross-cutting manufacturing policies and the maintenance plan and quality standards, follow up through regular meetings with the production, maintenance and other teams to make improvements to the process.
• Periodically analyze the results of the operation, and then propose, decide and take corrective actions for deviations in the production process.
• Control, audit and analyze the mass balance of raw materials used in the Operation.
• Control production/conversion costs, maintenance costs, and production ratios for each objective, as well as prepare the annual Capex and Opex budgets.
• Ensure compliance with the rules, procedures and policies established by the company and others in each of the processes, by the operating personnel.
• Resolve and provide solutions to problems that arise in the Operation, based on analysis and data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering: Production, Industrial, Mechanical, Process or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions just as plant, maintenance, process or production leader with knowledge in lean manufacturing.
• Have advanced level of english (writing, speaking and reading).
• Availability to work on site and living in Otaheite Industrial Estate, Otaheite, South Oropouche, Trinidad and Tobago.
