We are looking for Assistant Manager – Operations

Experience : Min 3 years in Logistics

Job Description:

1. Responsible for Last Mile Operations within the region.

2. Managing delivery centres & day-to-day operations of team including logistics, resource/equipment planning, staffing, quality control, and managing vendor relations.

3. Planning & building network,executing First mile operations, HUB operations, Line Haul operations & Last mile operations.

4. Oversee the hiring & training of new team members and support their development.

5. Collect, track, & present metrics related to processes, team accuracy and efficiency, and drive improvements in efficiency, throughput and cost across the organization.

6. Tracking & maintaining data for daily shipments.

7. Oversees the daily sales & procurement activities along with operations.

8. Handling Team.

Job Requirements :

1. Knowledge of E commerce.

2. Complete day to day operations (logistics).
