Looking for Assistant Manager - Talent Management for Consulting & Domain Services (CDS) vertical

Skills and Experience

• 5-8 years of Hands on experience in an IT services organization with minimum 4 years in the area of Recruitment/ Resource Management/Talent Management

• Strong communication, analytical, planning and organizing skills

• Strong excel skills

• Knowledge on the varied IT skill and domains

• Experience in IT human resource management in the following areas

o Internal movement of resources based on business demand

o Staff mentoring and guiding

• Understanding project delivery requirements and challenges

Roles and Responsibilities

• SPOC for 5-10 Accounts in CDS

• Ensure on time fulfillment of positions in the accounts

o Co-ordinate with recruitment team for external hiring of candidates

o Ensure roll out of IJP’s (Internal Job Postings)

o Weekly meeting with SDM, MoM recording and tracking

• MIS creation and Reports

• Skill gap analysis of the Talent in the Accounts

• Skill Gap filling

• Ensure Compliance to all process and policies

• Enable and support periodic Audits
