We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Supervisor & Team Leader to join our esteemed team in Istanbul for our Plastic Surgery and Hair Transplant Hospital.

The Hair Hospital is a premier hair transplant and plastic surgery hospital located in the heart of Istanbul, Beşiktaş with a known reputation in Italy specializing in providing cutting-edge solutions and personalized care to our clients, helping them achieve their desired aesthetic goals with confidence and professionalism.

Position Overview: As the Call Center Supervisor & Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the call center while leading and motivating a team of dedicated customer service representatives. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, optimizing call center performance, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of call center representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure excellence in customer service delivery.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize call center operations, including call handling procedures, staffing schedules, and performance metrics.

• Monitor call center performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organization.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in call center management and customer service excellence.


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a call center supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the healthcare industry.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve organizational goals.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Turkish.

• Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
