Core Job responsibilities :

1. Attending to office guests/customer calls
2. Communication and coordination with head office.
3. Communicating and coordinating with tax accountant, custom agents and banks
4. Arranging meetings and appointments etc
5. Hotel reservation, transport and related errands for company managers/director
6. Filing and documentation need based
7. Languages - Turkish and English ( Listening, reading writing and speaking)
8. Dealing with International suppliers & buyers and assisting in negotiating the purchase of goods
9. Order processing
10. Preparing Commercial documents

Languages - Turkish and English ( reading writing and speaking).

1. International Trading & Documentation experience
2. Acute attention to detail
3. Experience of Excel spreadsheets including applying formulas
4. Excellent telephone manner
5. Must be able to travel abroad when required
6. A good lead generator
7. Ability to generate fiscal reports
8. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
9. Ability to present effectively information, and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
10. Good command of written and spoken Turkish & English
