Business Development and Marketing Manager for a well-established FMCG company.


•Development of new customers in export markets particularly Far East & Europe

•Development of new channels, new customers in UAE/GCC markets

•Brand positioning with HORECA & institutional customers particularly in UAE

•Product development, market feasibility for new mushroom products.

•Mushroom Packaging development

•Efficient air-shipping logistics to reach new distant markets at minimum cost

•Air-freight negotiations with competing airlines

•Develop new marketing strategy to beat competition and increase market share in UAE/GCC markets

•Brand development & positioning

•Cold-chain management for perishable air-cargo

•Education & awareness campaign to increase fresh mushroom consumption


•Expert understanding of global markets for fresh produce and supply logistics

•Excellent communication skills & tech- savvy

•Skilled in making business plans & strategies, product development, packaging, brand positioning, social media

•Making presentations before top management

•Knowledge of foreign languages a plus

•Well-traveled with international business network
