Inventory Coordinator who is detailed-oriented, exceptionally organized, and able to manage huge inventory and complex systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receives materials – signs off, unpacks, records and dispatches when appropriate.

• Inspects goods upon delivery to verify delivered goods match order specifications and are in good condition.

• Researches any delivery delays/inconsistencies of materials ordered against Purchase Order (PO).

• Reports damaged goods to Purchase department for further action.

• Accurately Record received materials in inventory system.

• Sort, count and store delivered goods in appropriate location.

• Picks/packs outgoing goods per written/verbal requests either from stock or orders received.

• Record shipped/issued materials in inventory system.

• Involved in special projects, as needed.

• Knowledge of material handling equipment required.


• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 4 years’ previous experience in purchasing, supply or logistics required.
