South India Chef - Parotta / Prata
We are a new restaurant which will be opening in the Spring of 2025 in Malmö, Sweden. Our cuisine will be Singaporean and Malaysian South Indian cuisine.
We are in the process of building a kitchen team and a service team. We are primarily looking for a chef/cook who can do the following;
1) Able to make and prepare roti parotta of different sizes and fillings
2) Able to make curries for dipping (veg and non-veg)
3) Able to stick to recipes which are proprietary to the company
4) Able to work in a team setting and individually
5) Any ad-hoc responsibilities needed for catering and operational duties
6) Lead the kitchen team
There will be training before the commencement of the role to follow the directions and vision of the restaurant & company. Salary will be based on experience and industry standards/union.
