4/5* hotel - FOH, reception, duty management, concierge, train team members, emergencies.
Attending daily, weekly, monthly meeting. Manage team rotas, staff levels, performance management. Reports, forecasts, occupancy.

Fun environment, support of personal and professional development.

MS Office, HART PMS and POS, Amadeus Starlight, AS400, familiar with Linux applications.

I am organised, flexible, team - player but as well working well on my own. I do have several years of experience in logistics - import/ export in seafreight and customer service.
Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with specialisation in Robotics (2011)
