Looking for a German Customer Support to work for the biggest companies within the IGaming industry.

Role and Responsibilities
• Guide customers through the site and assist them in using the various services and products offered.
• Answering customer’s enquiries via phone, email and live chat timely and in the highest of standards.
• Work in a team, support team members and contribute to a good atmosphere at work.
• Work closely with the Payment and Fraud team and assist them with phone verification of players and other form of tasks.

Formal Role Requirements (Qualification and Education)
• Experience in communication and marketing
• Excellent in written communication in both English and German
• Experience from online gaming is meritorious

Personal skills and traits
• Excellent communication skills
• Structured and organised
• Takes initiatives and completes tasks
• Performs well under pressure
