Affiliate Manager

To further enhance their newly launched product, they are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Online Casino Affiliate Manager to join the team. In this exciting opportunity, you'll contribute to their growth and success by building and maintaining strong partnerships with key affiliates, and ensuring the product is attractive and engaging to the players.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and executing a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to expand our affiliate network and drive revenue growth.
• Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliates that align with our brand and target audience.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing ongoing support, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Monitoring and analyzing affiliate performance, generating reports, and optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging and high-converting promotional materials for affiliates.
• Negotiating and managing affiliate contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and responsible gambling practices.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve any affiliate-related issues and enhance overall performance.
• Staying current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
• Knowledge of affiliate networks and the online casino industry
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize campaigns and drive revenue growth
• A can-do mentality
• Team player when needed, but able to work independently and take full ownership
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Any additional marketing related skills will be a huge plus (CRM, Paid, Social media, Analytics etc.)
• Fluent English
