German Customer Support – Technology M/F

Project :

Dutch multinational conglomerate corporation headquartered in Amsterdam, one of the largest electronics companies in the world, currently focused in the area of healthcare and lighting.

Responsabilities :

• Be the contact for customers who have questions about the external sellers who carry the brand;
• To ensure a competent and friendly customer service experience via phone, e-mail and chat;
• Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
• Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments.

Profile :

Near-native level of ­­­­­German
Good English knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Team player with strong problem solving skills;
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
/!\ Work permit is not mandatory
