Civil / Estimation / Construction Engineer

I am a post-graduate in construction, Civil / Structural Engineering and carry with me my twenty-eight (28 ) plus years solid multi-discipline experience, which includes substantial part in Middle East.

For past nine (9 ) plus years, I have been associated with RAMPED, a JV of Louis Berger & Hill International as a Contracts Administration Manager for their Riyadh Metro project, Package 3, the construction of which has almost been completed, trial run of the trains and handing over are in progress and demobilization of the manpower is also in progress due to which I can join immediately.

My strong engineering, experience and proven abilities in commercial and claims management, quantum issues, contract documentation and dispute resolution both in the promotion and defense on traditional, design and build, management and EPC contracts, shall assure the new employer to safeguard their business.

I would also consider and well fit for the following responsibilities as well:

(1) Senior QS / Estimation Engineer

(2) Construction / Project Manager

(3) Project Planning and Cost - Control Manager or Senior Engineer.
