trading solutions, expanding our presence in Asia and Europe. Join us as our dedicated Client
Success Manager to lead office operations and drive client growth in your region.
Role Summary As the primary manager for our new regional office, you will oversee setup,
daily operations, and client engagement. This is a full-time, permanent position with a focus on
building long-term client relationships through our innovative platform. Location: Your country
of residence in Asia or Europe (remote-first during setup, transitioning to in-office).
Key Responsibilities
• Establish and manage all aspects of the regional office, including securing workspace and
operational setup (fully funded by the company).
• Onboard and guide clients in using our AI-driven financial analytics and trading tools.
• Deliver in-person consultations at the office and virtual sessions via Zoom.
• Promote our services through targeted outreach and company-provided materials.
• Build and nurture a client network to support business growth.
Requirements
• Passion for financial technology and innovative AI solutions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, results-oriented
approach.
• Proven ability to manage operations independently in a startup-like environment.
• Fluency in English; additional local language proficiency is a plus.
• Eligible to work in Asia or Europe (visa support available for qualified candidates).
Compensation & Benefits
• Total Monthly Earnings: From $500 to $10,000 , depending on product sales you
generate.
o Base Salary: $500/month from the moment the office is opened (company
covers all setup, travel, and material costs—no personal expenses).
o Performance Incentives: Earn from 8% commission on every client contract
you secure, paid upon closure.

Skills
Passion for financial technology, AI solutions, and innovative trading platforms
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship-building skills
Proven ability to manage office operations independently in a startup environment
Results-oriented mindset with experience in client onboarding and retention
Proficiency in CRM tools, social media management, and promotional outreach
Basic knowledge of financial analytics or willingness to learn quickly
Ability to conduct in-person and virtual (Zoom) consultations effectively
Diplomas
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Alternatively: 3 years of relevant experience in client-facing, sales, or operational roles
