Logistics Documentation Senior Specialist MEX/APAC/SAZ

You will be working in the Documentation team as a key player in the logistics operations. You will be in direct contact with customers and suppliers all over the world handling exports from Mexico, South America and Asia Pacific.

You will prepare and collect commercial, transport, and customs documents according to customer specifics and given timelines. In this role, you have the opportunity to enhance your analytical abilities, master multitasking, refine your soft skills, and become proficient in utilizing SAP, Outlook, and Excel.

What will you be doing:

  • Prepare/request/collect export documents according to the export country or according to customer specifics (transport, commercial, customs) ensure quality check of documents before providing to the final customer
  • You will be driving the investigation and resolution of complex cases, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and contributing great ideas to our efficiency initiatives.
  • Being the point of contact for any special quality document requests and import license documents
  • Support other team members in operational issues and provide level assistance in case the Team Leader is not available
  • Shared responsibility with the Team Leader for re-solving key operational issues in the team
  • Provide training to newcomers and support them during the onboarding period
  • Keep the Process Documentation up to date
  • Support to structural improvements (Risk Management follow-up) & projects

What you'll bring:

Fluent in English and Spanish

Experience in a financial institution or a FMCG Company for at least 1-2 years

Experience in Supply Chain overall and in Logistics Transport or Warehousing is a plus

Technical skills: Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) / SAP / System minded

Logistics understanding, especially regarding a sense of urgency and prioritization

Continuous improvement mindset

Flexibility, resilience, ability to perform in stressful conditions
