About the candidate
I am looking for a position at the interface between recruitment, team coaching and communication, with prospects of progression towards management. I want to support talent, promote the employer brand, and help teams grow, while evolving with them.
Skills
Assurer la liaison entre le service de recrutement et les équipes d'assistance technique
Agir en tant que contact principal pour l'entreprise
Renforcer les compétences de l'équipe TA
Tenir les rapports à jour
Veiller à ce que les actions requises soient menées par les TA, dans le respect des délais
Coaching d'une équipe de 4 personnes
Recrutement de nouveaux consultants pour rejoindre l'entreprise (sourcing, jobboard, médias sociaux)
Responsabilités du consultant en recrutement (planification des entretiens, entretien avec les candidats)
Évaluer le candidat à l'aide de divers tests techniques
Présenter les résumés des entretiens aux managers
Utiliser les plates-formes de besoins des clients, proposer des candidats, négocier les prix
Réaliser le processus de recrutement
Participer à la stratégie de recrutement de l'entreprise
Développer les relations avec les écoles (forums, conférences, partenariats)
Promouvoir la marque employeur Abylsen auprès des étudiants et des candidats
