The company that I work for, it's actively looking for a Sales and Retention Agent with Call center experience, but the profile demands to seek candidates that live in US and wants to relocate to CR (Basically to reinforce the American culture and sell methods). They're willing to verify the sponsorship by itself.


Engage with high-profile VIP clients and build strong relationships through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.

Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Conduct outbound sales calls and utilize various channels to reach potential clients.

Provide top-notch customer service to ensure a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and identify opportunities for business expansion.


Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with VIP clients.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities to secure high-value sales.

Flexible to a rotating shift if necessary.

Tech-savvy and able to easily navigate Slack, live chats, and other systems that may be required.

Online sales experience, preferably with technical and customer support experience.
