We are hiring!

Australian Software Company with pleasant offices and motivated team located in Tan Binh District TP HCMC near Cong Hoa Street is looking for an experienced person to join our team to act as the Payroll and Finance Manager. In addition you will be required to undertake Human Resources functions, for example paying the PIT, Social Insurance and Trade Union fees.

This role is FULL TIME (8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday mornings 8am to 12pm)

About You:
- Vietnamese born with very good English Skills to assist you working daily with Australian staff.
- Understand all aspects of the government regulations for staff benefits and government reporting
- Have previous experience working with professional services billing such as web development, creative agency or marketing company.
- Be looking to take control of all aspects of our company human resources and billing management
- Some Project Management skills an advantage

Responsibilities

- Manage the Vietnam Accounts
- Processing payroll
- Recruitment and Contracts for new staff
- Working with the government departments for PIT, SHUI and TU
- Managing HR policies and procedures
- Working with local staff to address any work concerns
