Assistant Plant Manager
Assisting in animal medicine product development based on marketing survey, including the active ingredients, excipients' selection and also packaging designs.
Review in analysis results on external ingredient sources.
Follow up performance trials for products development & improvement
Record keeping for all R & D documentations.
Customer service & farm visiting service as marketing supports.
Participate in animal medicine technical bulletin preparation & leaflets ofthe company.
Be trained in reviewing overall plant's routine activities in production planning, warehouse management, product supply chain and troubleshooting for any non-conformity.
1)Experience in working at oversea (would be advantageous).
2)Experiences in writing scientific and technical papers , with fluent English language.
3)Experience in working at medicine chemical or microbiological lab and with knowledges in analyzing the active ingredient content using high advanced lab equipment such as HPLC, NIR or FTIR, Karl Fisher, Viscometer, autoclave, incubator & etc.
4)Experiences of poultry growth performance trial (would be advantageous)
Preferable with Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicines, Microbiology or Biochemistry
