Description

Purpose:
• To ensure high-quality services to members
• To maintain the relationship with providers
• To bridge between the representative office and head office


Key responsibility:
• Customer support for key accounts, including inquiry responding, policy explanation, claim collection, claim prereview, paper-work preparation, etc.
• Visit client occasionally upon request to provide on-site services and deliver feedback to head office.
• Coordinate with back office to ensure efficient operation workflows.
• Coordinate with Thai partners/providers regarding relevant needs from clients.
• Contact and coordinate with clinics and hospitals to enter direct billing contracts.
• Provide local support in Thailand upon head office’s request.

Skills
• Fluent English and Thai
• Patient and a strong sense of responsibility
• Pleasant manner; Problem-solving ability
• Background in medical or insurance is a plus
• Chinese native speaker is a plus
Diplomas
• Degree holder
