Description

Responsibilities:
1. Understand the business processes and team situation of the supported departments, and provide relevant information that meets the needs of the business team;
2. Provide HR support for organizational development, conduct regular organizational check-ups, and provide and implement effective solutions for business departments in recruitment, training, performance appraisal, salary, employee relations, etc.
3. Assist in the implementation of corporate culture, policies and processes in the supported departments;
4. Establish communication channels, strengthen staff communication management, and smooth the two-way communication channels between the company and employees;
5. Other human resources support work.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in HR;
2. Experience in HRBP in Internet companies is preferred.
3. Fluent Chinese and Thai, with Thai experience, familiar with Thai employment policies, laws and regulations is preferred;
4. Familiar with the process system of human resources; rich experience in recruitment/ performance management/ employee relationship/organizational development and other modules;
5. Love the company's business and cultural identity, strong pressure resistance, strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills, good at thinking, affinity.
