Branch Manager (Office-Based Work)

Overview

An international company specializing in AI-powered financial analytics and trading solutions is seeking an in-office Branch Manager for countries in Asia and Europe. As the sole manager and overseer of the office, you will be responsible for establishing and managing all office operations while representing the company in your country.

How the Role Works

First Month: Receive $500 to cover initial efforts, including travel, time, ordering promotional materials, securing an office, and setting up social media. This period allows us to assess your fit for the role and your ability to manage initial responsibilities.

Post-Launch: After the official launch, your fixed monthly base salary will be up to $10,000 (scaled by performance and market potential).

Preparation Stage: Familiarize yourself with our platform, learn client engagement scripts, and prepare to confidently represent the company.

Earning Potential – Client Engagement Incentives

Earn additional compensation through our client engagement program:

Tier 1: 8% bonus on client contracts

Tier 2: 2.5% bonus

Tier 3: 1.5% bonus

Tier 4: 1% bonus

Tier 5: 0.5% bonus

Example: If a client commits $10,000, you earn 8% — $800. With the potential to build a large client network, your total earnings can exceed $10,000/month through base bonuses.

Responsibilities

Act as the sole manager and overseer of the office, managing all operational aspects.

Guide clients on using our AI-based financial analytics and trading platform.

Conduct in-person consultations at the office.

Provide online consultations via Zoom.

Distribute promotional flyers.

Order branded materials (flyers, posters, mugs).

Attract new clients to innovative financial technology solutions.

Requirements

Strong interest in financial technology and innovative solutions.

Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.

Ability to independently manage and operate an office.

Conditions

Base Salary: $500/month for the first month, scaling up to $10,000/month post-launch based on performance.

Client Engagement Bonuses: 8% / 2.5% / 1.5% / 1% / 0.5% based on tier level.

Location: Permanent office-based work in your country of residence in Asia or Europe.

Skills

Proficiency in English (additional local language is a plus)

Ability to conduct in-person and online (Zoom) consultations

Diplomas

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)

Alternatively: 3 years of relevant experience in client-facing or managerial roles
