Job Description:

Acting as initial contact to customers who wish to travel with Delta Air Lines and our Skyteam partners, you will provide superior service and an outstanding first impression to all customers.

You are expected to ascertain customer's needs and respond in such a way as to exceed the customer's expectations and communicate the Delta brand. The suitable candidate is expected to perform all jobs related to effective customer service including receiving and making outbound calls to our Japanese passengers regarding their flight arrangements with our airline.


• Minimum Diploma or Degree holder
• Native Proficiency in Japanese and proficient of English language.
• Provide clear, pleasant and courteous phone & written communication with proper use of grammar, tone, and pronunciation, in Japanese. (to liaise with Japanese speaking customers)
• Able to handle multiple tasks and attention to detail.
• Desire to learn and apply specific sales training techniques to generate revenue.
• Able to work a variety of shifts as well as on weekends and public holidays.
• Administratively meticulous and performance driven.
• Provide support to the contact center with regards to passenger's tickets, special request, and airport assistance for our Japanese internal and external customers.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer application skills.
• Ability to work in a team with a diverse culture.
